I am putting together something for the month of September that will benefit rescues in our area. I am hoping you will help me promote it so we can get the much needed funds to our local hard working rescus.
100% of my sitting fees for pet portraits will go to a rescue of the clients choice. If the client doesn't have a preference I will be sending the donation to the North Texas Doberman Rescue.
If I can get enough people on board, I will launch the event advertising on facebook, forums and my website the next couple weeks.

Love your Mutt!
I cannot believe I haven't thought of this sooner! For those of you that know me personally I've been pretty active in the rescue world, specifically Doberman rescue. Before pregnancy I volunteered at the Doberman Rescue of North Texas. Even after pregnancy I fostered a couple Dobermans. I also made several "legs" of transports to get rescues to their final forever homes.
I love rescues, I think that nearly every single person volunteering is so dedicated with big open hearts. Often times rescuing animals pulls on the heart strings, but those brave folks are strong enough to put their own heartbreak down to continue working for the helpless.
With this being said, I will soon introduce a package for people who love their silly mutts, show dogs, and agility dogs. I am still working on the specifics but the jist of the idea is portraits with your loved Sparky, or only his debut and the investment you make will go to a reputable rescue.
I am so thrilled about this!

Rebranding!
As you will now notice, I changed my blogspot address, color, template and quite awhile ago I changed my logo and watermark. Instead of starting my blog from scratch I am just going to recycle my old blogs. I am not changing my previous watermarks on the pictures. I guess it'll just show the names I was thinking about using before I named my business Lily Rose Photography.

Maternity: Erica & Rico
